Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Australia only.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6 to 11 business days depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time through our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our team at hello@hartley-lane.com and we will provide return instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided the order has not yet entered processing.

What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@hartley-lane.com with your order number and a clear photo or video of the item. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
