Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Transit time is then 6–11 business days, bringing total delivery time to 7–14 business days. Shipping is free on all orders.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. The item must be unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with your proof of purchase.

If you've changed your mind or want to exchange an item, return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. a manufacturing defect or damage during transit), we'll cover the shipping costs and provide a refund or replacement.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. If more than 14 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@hartley-lane.com.
